I have a bunch of books to sell - will you buy them?
We will if we need them... MAYBE. Some days are better than others for a small business, and we can't always do cash purchases. Your odds are much better if you want store credit. If we CAN buy your books, it depends on what you bring in. Condition is one factor, how many copies we already have is another.

OK, I'll take credit. How does it work?
Credit applies to up to ONE HALF of your next purchase -- it does NOT apply to the whole amount. For instance, if you bring us an $8.00 book we will sell it for $4.00, so your credit would be $2.00 (Cash would only be $1.00) Credit also can not be used on new items in the store. (local authors, new books, book covers, reading lights, etc.) We will keep a record of how much credit you have if there is some left over... and it never expires!

Do you take encyclopedias, ex-library books, or Reader's Digest Condensed books?
No, sorry. There's just no demand for them.

What happens to the books you don't want?
If you decide not to take them back, we will donate them to the library.
